Get to Know Stephanie
After 23 years in the United States Air Force, I thought I understood stressful situations, and then I discovered real estate negotiations. Turns out, both require strategy, patience, and a really good sense of humor.
I became a real estate professional because I genuinely love helping people navigate big life moments. Moving isn’t just paperwork and boxes; it’s a new chapter, new routines, and sometimes a little chaos in between. Having moved many times myself, I know firsthand how important it is to find a place that feels like home, not just a house.
My real estate journey actually started back in 2003 when my husband and I bought our first home in Raeford, NC. We were excited, slightly overwhelmed, and had absolutely no idea what half the documents meant. That experience stuck with me — and today, I make sure my clients never feel lost or unsure during the process.
My philosophy is simple:
Learn who you are, what you want, and help you get there with as little stress as possible and maybe a few laughs along the way.
You’ll receive honest guidance, clear communication, and an agent who’s always accessible — because you should never feel alone or unheard during your real estate journey.
When I’m not helping clients buy or sell homes, you’ll usually find me cheering loudly on the sidelines of a football game or on a rugby pitch supporting my two amazing kids. I share life with my husband of over 20 years, who is also a retired military veteran, which means between the two of us, we’ve mastered teamwork, adaptability, and moving more times than we can count. He’s survived deployments, PCS moves, and now life married to a real estate professional, which may honestly be the toughest assignment yet.
If you’re looking for an agent who treats you like a priority, keeps things real, and makes the process enjoyable, reach out. We will make an unstoppable team!
